ALL LASHES HAVE A 4-8 WORKING DAYS PROCESSING TIME BEFORE YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED.

ORDERS ARE SHIPPED OUT TUE-FRIDAY. We currently ship all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked delivery service;

2-3 WORKING DAYS - £3.95

1-2 WORKING DAYS (MON-FRI) - £10.00

Once an order is dispatched and collected by the courier or marked ‘delivered’ we are no longer liable. We do not offer refunds or returns on any items. We do not take responsibility for stolen parcels or those lost in transit. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for stolen or lost parcels. You will need to contact the delivery courier directly for any queries or concerns.

If there is a fault with a product an exchange will be arranged, or alternatively store credit will be added to your account. If there is an issue with your order/product this must be brought to our attention within 5 days of delivery.
